Welcome to my class! We are going to have a fun filled year of learning!

Here is a little about me. I am married to my best friend since 2006. We have two lovely children, Isabella and Isaac. They keep us hopping and busy with thier schedules. Isabella is on the Cutting Edge Gymnastics team which practices year round with competetive meets from November to March. We also have a small horse farm we named Bits-N-Brambles. We LOVE riding especially trail rides and shows. We also have 2 dogs names Onyx and Max who love to snuggle even though they are big they consider themselves lap dogs!

Tiger Reading Club:

Tiger Reading Club Guidelines
The Tiger Reading Club was designed so that your child could experience a multitude of literature throughout the school year. Our school has set goals for each nine weeks with a grand total of 220 books by the middle of May.
Each book a child reads counts for one book read, but a parent must sign the form or the book doesn't count.
Two Chapters read will count for one book.
We will only count the books read at home, not in school, unless students are struggling to complete the goal.
The goals are:
  • 60 books by the end of the first nine weeks
  • 120 books by the end of the second nine weeks
  • 180 books by the end of the third nine weeks
  • 220 books by the end of the year.
There will be special events planned at the end of each marking period for those who have readed thier goals.
Most of all, help your child enjoy the stories they read and they will learn to appericate words and have a better time learning them.
