Jessica Green
About Miss Green
Miss Green is a GASD Alumni, having attended Galeton throughout her school career. She graduated from Galeton in 2002 and went on to college to become an elementary teacher.
Miss Green graduated with her bachelor's degree in education from Mansfield University in 2006 and immediately became employed by her alma mater as an aide. She worked in multiple positions over a number of years until settling down in Kindergarten. Miss Green graduated with her Master's degree in Special Education from Mansfield University in 2016.
Miss Green has been involved with Junior High Volleyball in the past, serving as coach for 4 years, and co-directed the elementary play alongside Mrs. Dimon for 13 years. She is in charge of the marking period awards assemblies with Mr. Irwin and is our Varsity Volleyball coach and has been coaching the JV/V Volleyball team for 16 years.
Miss Green is currently the Pre-K teacher here at GASD and loves every minute of it!
In her free time, Miss Green volunteers as an EMT with the Gale Hose Ambulance Company and is very involved at the Pine Creek Valley Church. Family is very important to her and she spends as much time with them as possible. Miss Green enjoys sports, boating, camping, event planning, and traveling.
