Laura Ogden
About Mrs. Ogden
Mrs. Ogden received her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education from Lock Haven University in 2004. Upon her college graduation, she was hired as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at the Galeton Area School and taught Pre-Kindergarten for 16 years. She earned her Masters Degree in Elementary Education from CALU in 2013. She has also taught Kindergarten for one year and her role the past two years here at Galeton has been teaching 1st Grade. She and Mr. Ogden have four children, two boys and two girls. Her children keep her very busy outside of school, as they are involved in various sports and extracurricular activities. Mrs. Ogden loves being a mom more than anything in the world. Her hobbies include; reading, hiking, exercising, teaching Sunday school, crafting and spending time with her family.
